Payments

For all the services opted for, certain advance payment should be made to hold the booking, on confirmed basis & the balance amount can be paid either earlier your departure from your country or upon arrival in DUBAI but positively before the commencement of the services. Management personnel hold the right to decide upon the amount to be paid as advance payment, based on the nature of the service & the time left for the commencement of the service.

Payment Mode

All correspondence(s) in respect of Tours / Travel Service bookings should be addressed to Travel Located. We accept all type of national and International Credit Cards. Overseas advance payment can be made through online Transfer to our bank.

Deposit Requirement

A maximum deposit of 10% of the tour fare per person must be paid as reservation fee. The balance or full payment must be made within 30 days before the date of departure/ commencement of the tour packages. A failure to fulfill with this requirement may result in the cancellation of reservation and forfeiture of deposit.

Flight booking payment should be made after holding the flight (as per the Airline services terms and conditions)

Valid Passport and Visa

You should convey a legitimate identification and have gotten the majority of the proper visas, allows and testaments for the nations which you will visit amid your outing. Your international ID must be substantial for a half year past the length of the trek. It is your obligation to guarantee that you are in control of the right visas, allows and endorsements for your excursion; We are not dependable on the off chance that you are rejected section to a nation since you come up short on the right international ID, visa or other travel documentation.

Cancellation Policy

If we withdraw or terminate a service, you shall be immediately notified of the withdrawal or termination and the reason for the withdrawal or termination. You or any fellow of your party may cancel your trip at any time as long as that the cancellation is made by the person who signed the booking form and is communicated in writing. . Please touch base with us by phone or email to enquire about how to request changes. Please note that all registration changes are subject to availability and the terms and conditions of the product purchased. Cancellation charges will be operative from the date we receive information in writing, and cancellation charges would be as follows: The duration before departure in which written cancellation is acknowledged and the cancellation charges, shown as a percentage of the total package price, which will be applied are:

Package Cancellation Charge

  • 45 days prior to arrival: 10% of the Tour / service cost
  • 30 days prior to arrival: 25% of the Tour / service cost
  • 15 days prior to arrival: 50% of the Tour / service cost
  • 07 days prior to arrival: 75% of the Tour / service cost
  • 48 hours prior to arrival OR No Show: No Refund

On Sunday’s cancellations will not be accepted .cancellations will be accepted from Monday to Saturday, any cancellation sent on Sunday’s will be considered on next working day.

The payment is non-refundable for the holidays season (20 Dec to 05 Jan).

Cancellation After Commencement Of Trip

In case you cancel the trip after commencement, reimbursement would be to a limited amount only which too would depend on the amount that we would be able to recover from the hoteliers/ contractors we patronize. For vacant hotel accommodation, hired transportation & missed meals etc. we do not bear any responsibility to refund.

Safari cancellation:

All the wildlife safaris booked into any of Safari/National Park/Sanctuaries are nonrefundable. Even date change request will be considered as cancellation and no payment will be refunded/ adjusted against it.

Claims and Complaints

If you have a complaint about your trip please inform our local representative at the time in order that they can try to resolve the matter. If satisfaction is not grasped through these means then any auxiliary complaint should be placed in writing to us within 30 days of the end of the tour.

Our Liabilities and Limitations

Please note that after the finalization of the Tour/ service Cost, if there are any changes in entrance fees of monuments / museums, Taxes, fuel cost or guide charges – by Government, the same would be charged as extra.

Travel Located act only in the capacity of agent for the hotels, airlines, transporters, & contractors providing other services & all exchange orders, receipts, contracts & tickets issued by us are issued subject to terms & conditions.

All itineraries are model itineraries, which are intended to give you a general idea of the likely trip schedule. Many factors such as weather, road conditions, the physical ability of the participants etc. may order itinerary changes either before the tour or while on the trail. We reserve the right to modify any program in the interest of the trip participants’ safety, comfort & general wellbeing.

Our rates are based on the prevailing rates as negotiated by us with the hotels, airlines etc. Hotels and Airlines retain the right to modify the rates without notice. In situation of such changes the rates mentioned before the modification, can be changed by us according to the alterations by hotels or airlines. All hotel bookings are based on usual check in and check out time of the hotels until unless indicated in the itinerary.

Limitation of Liability:

We shall not be responsible for any delays & alterations in the programme or expenses sustained (directly or indirectly)due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accident, breakdown of machinery or equipment’s, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, or any other natural calamities.

We shall not be accountable for any loss, injury or harm to person, property, or else in connection with any accommodation, transportation or other services, resulting – directly or indirectly –or any other grounds outside our control.

We do not have any insurance policy covering the incidentals for accident, sickness, loss due to theft, or any other reasons; you are advised to seek such insurance arrangements in your home country. All baggage’s & personal property/s at all times are at the client’s risk.
